How do I stop automatic formatting changes in FrameMaker?

I am using FrameMaker 11. For the past couple of days, the formatting of my files keeps changing, without me making the change.  For example, today, as I made edits to a file but did absolutely nothing to the table formatting, all of my tables lost their titles.  Other types of things like this have been going on for a few days.  The side-head alignment keeps coming and going.  Text frames (for my figure callouts that are placed within anchored frames) all take on side-head alignment. Today I realized that it was not just one file, but any FrameMaker file.  Does anyone know if a fix?  It seems like there is something corrupt going on.  Should I repair, re-install?  thank you.

It sounds like something is corrupt in your FM installation, especially if it's happening to all FM files.

Are you accessing the files over a network? Have you checked your PC for any malware/viruses? Are you patched to the latest version - FM11.0.2?

FM doesn't have any "repair" options, so you may have to re-install and add the patches in order.
