How can I add multiple figures on one page, as seen in the screenshot below?  Does this have to do with the master page layout, or do I need a special paragraph format?

Do they already have captions, or do you need to add those?

Do the Figure#s need to be FM autonumbers?

Quick solution (as depicted):
. borderless table, 2 col, 3 row
. bottom row straddle

. use 2 different para tags in each cell, both centered:
- lead tag is FigureAnchor, with negative Space Below
- next is FigureCaption, with autonum

Set Row Format to Keep With: Next/Previous as needed to keep it all on one page (or para anchoring table itself can start page).

You can put all of the figures into a single frame and arrange them as you wish.
