Praveen,

From your screenshot, it looks like the Note box is part of the Master Page design of the Right and Left pages. Open the Master page view (View > Master Pages). Then ctrl-click on the Notes box. You will see little, black squares appear in the corners and mid-points of the Notes box when it has been selected. Now delete it. You can do the same for the adjacent text frame, if required. Now adjust the height of the main text frame and location of the separator rule as needed.

Go to Master page view, make NoteBox the current page – I'm on FM10 here, not FM9, but as far as I remember you'll see the name of the current master page in the status bar – and select Special > Delete {name of page}.

Note that if the master page is already in use, you will not be able to delete it. Go back to body page view, find the page(s) that currently use your NoteBox format, select Format > Page layout > Master page usage and apply another master page instead of NoteBox.

Hi Fiery Pantone, thank you very much for the response. I tried as per your instructions but still not able to delete the "Note Box".

Fiery, for reference I attached the screenshots. Please look in to that and suggest me further.

Screen 1: I followed as below.

Screen 2: I click on "Apply" button as the default master page is right/left, but no result.

To insert an icon in-line as you show, you need to us an Anchored frame set to "At Insertion Point" where you need to place the icon. Use the "Distance Above Baseline" setting to move the anchored frame so that the icon will be centered or aligned on the text line (use a negative value to move the frame down). Then import the graphic into the Anchored Frame and size as needed. You may wish to turn on the "Fixed" setting for the paratag line spacing to avoid visual gaps around the lines with icons.

Tip: create and and tweak the required icons in a test text frame on your Reference pages. Then you can copy&paste as you need them.
