How to include table numbers in List of Tables?

I have a generated List of Tables in my document. The list shows table descriptions and page numbers.

I'd like the list to show

<tablenum> <description> ... <pageno>

How do I add table numbers to the list?

Table numbering is actually the Table Title paratag autonumber. So if you want just the number, then use the <$paranumonly> building block on the reference. Otherwise, the <$paranum> building block will pull in all of the content from the autonumber, e.g. the "Table".
