I'm using FrameMaker 12 and receiving prompts that a font is not available and being replaced by another font. How can I find the instances of where this is occuring so that I can correct the problem?

Yeah, that doesn't seem to be working.

The message says the doc originally has Helvetica and has been replaced with Arial. When I do as you said, there are no pages listed for Arial font.

It could be in a graphic imported by reference (usually EPS or maybe even SVG). FM can't touch that.

If you really want to track this down, create a MIF of an errant file and use a text editor to see which objects use the Helvetica font.
