I can't change fonts

I change fonts in Paragraph Designer and save the file.  When I re-open the file, it's as though I never changed anything at all.  Why?

Not locked. Not read-only. But I called Adobe Support and formatting appears to be linked to a different server. Thanks.

Does mean that the document on an other server was to be changed?

What Klaus said. How can the formatting be linked to a different server? The formatting is built in to the file.

Sorry for the delay.  I appreciate the concern.  Since that time, I have had new fonts installed on my PC and have not had a problem.
