Obviously FrameMaker cannot find the graphics files under the path of the original files.
Did you unzip the zip file and copy the FM files and the graphics files to another folder?
Is the path to all graphics files the same? Or are there different paths?
What is the path? Can you post an example?
When you open an FM files and FrameMaker cannot find a graphics file, FrameMaker asks to point to the graphics file in the correct folder. When you do this, FrameMaker tries to use this path for all graphics files of the FM file.

As long as the zip preserved the same relative file paths to the other files and images, downloading the zip from OneDrive and expanding it on another machine should work fine. I suspect that the new machine no longer has that same relative path to the images. As @Winfried Reng says, fixing one path tells FM to try and use that same path to all the other images.
Another way around this is to create a folder inside your FM project file structure for images and always copy whatever images you want to use into that folder and reference them in your FM content. That way they always "travel" together with your FM project.

I think you would benefit from using the small utility which comes with FrameMaker that is called "Package". You can find it here:
When you run the utility, it will create a zip file, where all the graphics and other referenced objects have been stored in one folder and all the framemaker files collected. The entire job is zipped and ready to be moved elsewhere. When you unpack the zip file, all linked graphics will work and point to the graphics folder.
An alternative with the same functionality is Frameexperts "ArchiveES" which you can find at frameexpert.com:
Worth every dime! A benefit from using this sort of tool, is that it is an easy way to collect a job which may have sprawled a little too much with linked files from all over the place.
