With FrameMaker 5.x or later, you may use the following hypertext marker to create a link to the target file:
message openfile file.ext
In the PDF, this create a link that launches the target file in its associated application.
In FrameMaker 8.0, you can include SWF files that are linked/embedded in the PDF. The only placement supported is "in document", which involves resizing of the video and may result in lower quality.
