Hello!

I'm recreating a pdf in Framemaker. I'm at the index right now and I have no idea on how to create this type of entries.

Im talking about the ones, i.e, "Unicomplicated Firewall, See, UFW" UFW is a link but they all goes to the same page in the index.

Is it possible to do this in an unstructured book?

Thank u!!
