Install of Framemaker 11 trial won't complete

New Here ,
Feb 27, 2013 Feb 27, 2013

I downloaded and installation starts through adobe manager.  I am doing a trial installation to evaluate the product, but it stops at 67% ()every time) and won't go forward.  I have tried deleting and starting over, but to no success.  I have Windows 7 on my machine.  Anyone know what the issue may be?

Thanks

@Amanda06 - give Adobe Support a call - installation issues are usually a free call. Make sure that you have full local admin rights to your machine. You may also have a very enthusiastic anti-virus scanner running too. Try turning that off temporarily while installing the trial.
