Some of our users in Japan are getting an error similar to (though the message is in Japanese): “Internal error, Closing FrameMaker due to critical error. FrameLog_22.09.****.dmp created. Submit this FrameLog****.dmp to Adobe technical support.
This happens when the users attempt to connect to the AEM repository via the FrameMaker 2020 Connection Manager. We've submitted the issue to Adobe FrameMaker support, but in the meantime, they suggested that we also post the issue to this community to see if anyone else has experienced this and has workaround steps to suggest.
