Is there Webworks Publisher Coming with Framemaker 9?

Framemaker 7 and 8 both have integrated Webworks Publisher Standard Edition.

Does Framemaker 9 have it?

No. FM8 didn't have it anyway, and it is an obsolete product.

Adobe would prefer that you use RoboHelp from the TechComm Suite.

You may also wish to investigate mif2go from Omni Systems (see http://www.omsys.com/dcl/omni.htm ) as an alternate publisher.

I always said Adobe purchased Macromedia for the sole purpose of bringing Robohelp for FrameMaker back to life. All the other software being just a flash in the pan.
