Hi,
FrameMaker 17.0.1.305.
I will get a new monitor for working at home, and I am thinking of a 4k monitor.
Are there any issues? Is all the text of the FrameMaker dialogs now readable?
Anything fuzzy?
What happens, when I also use the monitor of my laptop monitor with only 1920 x 1080.
Will applications on both monitors be displayed sharp and crisp?
Thank you very much for your help!
Best regards, Winfried

Winfried,
As far as I know, does FM support high resolution's monitors since FM-14 (2017 edition): For the icons at least I know that FM reacts to the Windows zoom factor. Hence there should be no problem working on two different monitors - but not connected to the system at the same time - but I may be wrong with this.

I'm normally using a 32in 3840x2160 external monitor* on a laptop. Scale in Windows is set to 150%. FM2019, 2020 & 2022 all work with no issues.
Display is normally set to replicate, so the laptop's HD display, usually closed, would be showing a sub-sampled image.
Although it's not supposed to work, I've experimentally set the screens up to Extend, making the pixel width 5760, and dragged the FM dialogs to the smaller screen. That works too.
* Dell 32 Curved 4K UHD Monitor - S3221QS. If you don't need pre-press color matching, HDR or gaming frame rates, it's a superb and relatively inexpensive display for DTP.
