Just installed Framemaker 10. Do not have all file options (import, revert, publish, etc)

Hello, I'm hoping someone can help us with this issue.  We just installed Framemaker 10 (included in our Technical Suite 3 package) and we are not seeing all of the options that should be included under the FILE menu.  (eg. import, publish, revert, etc.).  This is a new installation and we have tried uninstalling/reinstalling w/ no luck.  On another Windows PC here however, the file options displays everything it should.  Please see pics below for reference.  Any help is much appreciated!

It looks as if you have 'Quick Menu' enabled. To change to the full menu set simply select View > Menus > Complete.
