Hello all,

I'm trying to create an LOEP (using Insert > List of Elements & Paragraphs) that displays the section title before its associated group of pages, but I'm running into a problem where Page 1 of each section appears before its associated chapter, and at the end of the previous section's range of pages (see example). What's going on with Page 1? It may be something I can correct in the reference page but I haven't figured it out.

Reference page is pretty simple and consists of:

<$paratext>                                         (heading)

<$pagenum>   <$paratext>                 (page number and date)

Thanks in advance.

List entries always appear in document order. It may be helpful to see what the structure in one of the target documents looks like.

Aha, many thanks! When you said that, I realized that my Page 1 entries were contained in the footer frame as opposed to the Section Title text frame in the Page 1 header, so I moved the Page 1 entry to that frame below the Section Title. Since the footer frames on the following pages were all in order, they displayed in order in the LOEP. The LOEP is now displaying correctly.
