object stuck in bleed section

New Here ,
Feb 10, 2009 Feb 10, 2009
I set my document so that the header image was oversized and would show when printed oversized to accomodate a bleed with a registration marks. It worked. Problem is, I now see a line in the bleed part of the pdf output that I cant get to in my orginal FM doc. I guess I need to create a page size that is -0, like -3mm or something, in order to be able to select and delete that extra object (a drawn line image). Not sure if that is the way to go, or how I would do that, or if I am even explaining this coherently. Please let me know if you need further information on my question. Thanx for any help you may provide.

Bill,

One quick way is to use Select All on a page (ctrl-A) and then
de-select all the objects that you see. This will still leave the
hidden objects in the bleed area selected. You can then delete those.

Alternatively, you can also save the file as MIF and then delete the
entry from the MIF file. You can use Graham Wideman's MIFbrowse tool
to help find it easily in the MIF. See
