Odd conditional text indicator behavio(u)r

Has anyone seen where conditional text is turned invisible (or white, perhaps) when displaying conditional indicators?

Settings for the 2 tags in question are red/strikethrough, and green/underline.

MIF wash yielded no improvement, and I've tested on 2 different computers.
