PDF output does not include front cover, TOC, LOF, or LOT files

Hi,

When I save my FrameMaker book, all of it converts except a section where I have the front matter, front cover, TOC, LOF, and LOT. Everything starting with Introduction outputs fine. I highlighted the info in the attachment. Any ideas?

I also noticed that the files listed above are not being recognized on the Update Book dialog (see attachment).

Right-click on the Front Matter group in the book window and uncheck Exclude. You may have to do this with all of the files inside the Front Matter group.

It's not easy to see, but when components are excluded, their icons have a red border. They should have made the contrast more visible.
