Phantom entry in HTML5 TOC

I am using FM2022 to publish HTML5 OLH. Up until now, I have had no problem with the HTML5 TOC, but now I am getting a few stray, or "phantom" entries. Oddly, these phantom entries are not part of any heading, so technically should not appear in the TOC. As expected, they do not appear in the TOC in FM nor the TOC in the PDF.

Upon further inspection of the source of the "phantom" entry, I found that while the paragraph LOOKED like it had been tagged with a non-heading paratag, it displayed as a heading style in the Paragraph Catalog. I re-applied the proper style and regenerated the TOC. That resolved the phantom entry problem.

As far as I know the TOC headings depend on the size and the formatting of the paragraphs. However, I do not know, if this is only for those which are in the TOC or whether this rules which paragraphs will be copied into the TOC.

Maybe you can change the formatting (without changing the paragraph format) and then check, if the paragraph is still in the TOC.
