placing paragraph tags and variables on master pages

I would like to put a paragraph tag in the header of the First Page master page. See below.

On the right and left master pages, I would like to put Running H/F 1 variable in the header. The structure of the variable references the paragraph tag (called Title). See below.

Is this possible? I tried it on my own but I feel like I am missing something. The reason I am doing this is because I want to divide groups of information into sections without having to put the section name on the first page of a new document or create a stand alone section page.

I appreciate any ideas. Thank you!

As long as the text frame is a Background frame, you can put any content that you want in there and it will show on the Body pages.

You could also consider using another running header/footer variable for this that would automatically pick up the section name paratag content (or use the marker content if you want slightly different text - perhaps abbreviated). Then use the Master page mapping to automatically assign the "First" master page to these sections. Less work and maintenance issues that way.

Great minds must think alike. I had another colleague suggest a similar thing. He suggested that I create a text frame on the body page and put the text in white. I am giving it a go and it is working out well. Thank you for your suggestions.
