Problem with Framemaker and Adobe Cloud

I have the Technical communication suite where I use Framemaker (which I purchased myself and apparently access through Adobe Console).

But I also have access to Adobe cloud through my school, which is apparently a separate login.

So the problem is I can't use Framemaker and Cloud apps at the same time, which is a real headache. Is there any way to unify the two accounts so that I have access to both at the same time?

thanks,

paul

Short of logging in & out of each one each time, you'd need to talk to the FM folks in Support - see https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/enterprise-support.other.html#framemaker for your Adobe Support options. I'd recommend using the tcssup@adobe.com e-mail address as it reaches a team dedicated to Technical Communication Suite products including FrameMaker.

I had the same problem in July with Illustrator and FrameMaker. Illustrator was on my corporate account and FM was on my personal account. In the end, we had to register both of them on my personal account. (This included a session where the Adobe tech accessed my computer and looked at the settings.)

Reason: According to Adobe, there is no corporate/business license available for FM, so they had to move Illustrator over to my personal account so I wouldn't have to log in/out all the time.  Sigh.
