I have sent this mail to Adobe TCSsup:

Dear workers in the stable of our work-horse FrameMaker,

Many FM users are not on the bandwagon of the latest version FM-16 / 2020, but use older versions (FM-14 / 2017; FM-15 / 2019) and are frustrated about the behaviour starting 2022-02-17. It has not been solved until now (2022-03-07):

None of the bypasses presented there work for all installations.

  • Use contextmenu Back or mouse-scroll down one 'klick' → List of "Recent Files" and "Show more" do not exist. What normally is listed under "show more" is not available in File > Recent Files.
  • Bypassing div marketing (my solution) does not work for all. On my system it provides the full functionality for Recent and Show more.

Hence action on the side of Adobe IS required.
