Most of our team has the option to hold the shift key and click in the file tab to save all. We also can do the same thing when we first open a book to open all files rather having to open each f the FM files individually. We have a new hire that does not have this option. I am sure there is an option in the preferences somewhere or something. Can someone please let me know how to turn this on for him? It can get really frustrating. Especially when the book has A LOT of files. Thanks!

As long as the book window is active and you press the shift key before pulling the File menu, you should see the Open All, Save All, and Close All commands. There is no preference setting for this.

Happens with the same book that works for you & not for them or is a different book not working for them? (Nothing flakey about their Shift key is there?) Any source control at play? Files not locked? Just tossing ideas out...
