Thanks. That takes care of that.
But I'm having trouble changing the stroke and fill color for the rectangle. I want no fill and white stroke. But I don't see any option for None or No Fill.
Set your color to White, set Fill Pattern to None (lower right corner), and Pen Pattern to Solid (upper left corner)

The dotted icon for None confused me. In other Adobe applications its a rectangle with a diagonal slash through it.

Yeah, the tech for the graphics tools could use a facelift.

There's something very buggy about this. I have a screen capture and tried to put a white stroke on it following the same steps you gave, and I'm not able to do it.
The color icon at the bottom of the drawing tools shows White, I choose Fill Pattern: None, and Pen Pattern: Solid. However, the Stroke is black. If I try to change the stroke to white, the fill changes to white instead.
Is there some secret to getting this right?

Are you putting the stroke on the image, or a frame containing the image?
If on the image, it might be easier to add the stroke with your capture software.

Thanks for your reply. I'm putting the stroke on the image, not the frame.
