Hi Nakshatra, My company is exploring FM-DCTM integration. We have not done this configuration and the system throws "Failed to retrieve UCF ID error". Please let us know why would we need this config to be done? Thanks

Hi Frame1 User,

Apologies for reaching late to this query. This is a generic error thrown by the Documentum CMS in cases where java version mismatches a re observed. You might want to check for the appropriate java versions as supported by the Documentum Server. It should be available in the installation guide for the version that is available in your organisation.

Let me know in case you need more help on this.

Thanks,

Nakshatra
