Is it possible to change table shading percentages? ATM there is 3, 10, 20, 50% etc. but I need to set a 20% tint

At View> Color> Definitions, you can create a custom color, say
20%Black. It will then show in the color dropdown list of the table
designer.
I never noticed that you can't put a custom tint percentage into the
box. That ought to be a feature request. So I filed one at ("More
Versatile Table Shading Fill Percentages"):
https://bugbase.adobe.com/index.cfm?event=newFeature
You can go there and add a vote to perhaps increase the chances that
they will implement it.

Thanks I knew about that option, but for various reasons the colour definition has to be RGB, which makes creating a tint a lot more tricky.
Also it should be possible to choose whatever tint you like, not be so restricted. I'll definitely vote for that feature request.

If you have a RGB colour defined, then all you need to do is specify to print as a Tint and then the percentage of the base colour. Nothing tricky about it.
