Title always comes below headings in TOC

Hello

I am using the 2015 version trial.

While creating TOC, I want to use the 4:

Title

Heading1

Heading2

Heading3

But when I add them, the Title always slips below the headings, at number 4. I tried right-click, left-click, cursor movements, adding Title last but of no avail. What wrong am I doing? I thought it may appear correct after TOC was made, but no, the title appears last. Please help. Thanks

The paragraphs are sorted in the TOC setup dialog, but they'll appear chronologically in the TOC itself.

Just finish the setup, update your doc/book, and go from there.

NO. In the generated TOC, title appeared last

If you can package and dropbox your files, I'd be happy to take a look.
