TOC; can I add an entry and create a link to a page (without regenerating the whole TOC)?

Right now I've got a big book with some errant tags creating duplicate entries (working on a solution to that), but I forgot to add a paragraph style to the TOC when I created it. It's only in the book four times, and I'd love to be able to manually add these for just this one time, because correcting the errant parts takes over half an hour. Any way to do this?

It should be possible to do this. Backup everything, of course.

Add whatever you need to the .TOC catalogs.
Apply to TOC entry text as needed.
Render.

When you regenerate next time, all the generated text will be re-written, but these items are left as-is:
. body text prior to the gen text
. catalogs
. Master pages
. Reference pages
