Trying to create this look for my headings

How can I create style this below. I m trying to create like this, but not reaching at a considerable point. Please Guide.

I'll let Barb fill in the details, but your first cell needs a Frame Above for the word Chapter, and your Table Ruling will provide the line underneath the entire table.

This look is part of two of the free Standard Templates that ship with FrameMaker (and I think you are using one of them for your documentation). All you need to do is add the two lines to the CoverSection master page (and if using the Section template and not the Chapter template, edit the variable definition to use the word "Chapter").

It's in both Parts Catalog > Section and User Guide > Chapter.

As usual in FM, there are several ways to do this.
Which one to use may depend on the output workflow.
For example, Master Page approaches won't flow to HTML.
