unwanted bookmark when generating .pdf

It's a book I haven't had to look at for the last two years, and then suddenly They want an update for the end of the day ... could be worse, as I had at least seen it coming. All updated, then, but there's something strange going on with the .pdf bookmarks: they're picking up :h0TOC entries from the generated Table of Contents, while there's no sign of :h0TOC in either the Include or the Exclude panes of the PDF Setup - Bookmarks tab. This is odd, as I can see the :h0TOC entries from the generated Table of Contents where they should be.

Any tips on how to suppress the unwanted bookmark in the output .pdf?

If you follow the link from the bookmark can you determine what paragraph in the FM file is the apparent "source" for the bookmark?

Individual files may have paragraph tags specified as bookmarks, in addition to bookmarks specified at the book level. Open the TOC directly, check its PDF Setup (Format > Document > PDF Setup), and change the bookmark setup as necessary.
