WebWorks plug-in missing?

Guest

Hi everyone....I just upgraded to FM10 and now my WebWorks ePublisher Designer (v2013.2) throws a "no valid license key was found to enable Adobe FrameMaker support" when I try to generate help. I suspect I am missing a plug-in for FM, but can't find any mention of it either in FrameMaker help or WebWorks help or support. Can anybody assist??

Thanks!!!

Webworks supports Frame, but Frame doesn't provide active support for WW;

it's just another plugin

It sounds as if you haven't updated WW to your new platform, but there

isn't anything you'd do to enable WW support on the FM side; AFAIK it's all

WebWorks code coming in through the plugin API.

Thank you Art. I suspected it was a WW issue. I am running the latest WW, however, and it *was* working until I upgraded to Frame 10. I am also trying to get an answer from the WW side.

Hi Ron,

You will need to run the WebWorks installer again. The installer adds lines to the maker.ini file of the most recent version of FrameMaker.
