Welcome Page and Scrolling Messages from Adobe

Is there any way to turn off horizontal orange and blue scrolling messages from Adobe that appear on the Welcome page?

Hm. Is this FrameMaker 2017? This Carousel/Slider is gone for a long time (maybe in an update of the 2017 release, or in FrameMaker 2019 release).

In FrameMaker Summer 2020 release the welcome screen looks like this.

I am using FrameMakeer 2019 with all updates installed.

Is there a later version of FM that would solve this?

Yes, the latest release is the Summer 2020 release (16.0.0). You can download it from here:

https://www.adobe.com/products/framemaker/download-trial/try.html

If you're on subscription, you can download and install it and just activate it with your Adobe ID associated with your subscription.
