Why am I getting configuration error 16 in FM11 after sucsessful using the product for few months.

After reinstalling the product it works fine for a period of time and suddenly this error appears again. what is the reason for that?

I am working on Windows 7, FM 11.

All patched up? What are you doing that results in the error? Have you submitted it to Adobe techs?
