After changing text in the "title" of several concept files and task files, the titles did not update in the ditamap. I tried the process described in this AdobeTV video for updating navtitles (selecting the topicref in the Document View and then switching back to the Resource Manager) but nothing happened:

I'm learning how to work with ditamaps in Structured FrameMaker 11.0.2.384. I used "DITA > New DITA File" to create some dummy topic, task, and concept files, and a ditamap file.
In "DITA > DITA Options" I tried both checking and unchecking "Always Update Navtitle While Updating TopicRef"
