I get the following error occasionally. I use a licensed Technical Communication Suite.
Sometimes the popup never shows up but when it does it shows up continuously. I then have to log off and log in again in the system.
Any suggestion on how this can be fixed?
Do you have any anti-virus software that might think that the AAM updater is a virus?
Yes I do have an antivirus running on the same computer. Would that be the reason why this is been flagged?
Perhaps disabling the AV service for sometime would resolve it.
