Hello to all,
I'm doing the layout of a catalogue which have many order codes inside tables.
I need to create a PDF file with active links that redirect to the order code on the client website.
The document is unstructured.
Do you know if it's possible to insert the links into FrameMaker document?
I wouldn't insert the links manually into the PDF file since the catalogue is 1600 pages...
I need to create the PDF file with bookmarks but the titles that have to shown are variables in the master pages.
How should I set the "PDF setting" when I create the PS file?
Thanks in advance for your support 😉
Daniele
1.) You can create links to a website with Go to URL in the Hypertext panel:
2.) I'm not clear on this one. Are they Running H/F variables referring paragraphs on the body pages?

1.) Many thanks for the screenshot 😉
2.) I have Running H/F variables into the master pages and the texts are into markers in the first paragraph of the pages.
Please have a look at the screenshot of the master page...
... and of body pages with the marker selected:
Do you have any idea how it is possible to create bookmarks?

Hi Daniele: Did you try just adding the name of the paragraph format that controls the word Panoramica to the Bookmarks tab of the PDF Setup dialog box? Here's quick tutorial on adding bookmarks to a PDF via FrameMaker: https://www.rockymountaintraining.com/adobe-framemaker-defining-bookmarks/

Unfortunately it doesn't work 😞
I suppose that the source file has been made by another application, using a script or doing it manually (for 1600 pages?!!).
If you have another idea it will be appreciated, anyway thanks for your help.
