Adding back and next (<< and >>) navigation to the header of a HTML help file?

Is there a way to add simple back and next buttons to the header? I've set my CSS up to give me company logos etc, and the breadcrumb links, but breadcrumbs only allow you to go back (hence the name). I thought I saw a post on this before, but an hour of scouring yesterday failed to find it.
