Can't Delete Artifact

Hi

Does anybody know how to delete this line? I can't access it via the Body, Master, or Reference Page. Any thoughts?  Here's the offending line (which is outside of the frame, as shown below).

Looks like a change bar, perhaps for some former content no longer there.

Anecdotally, I've often found that clearing a condition isn't enough to clear the change bar – I usually just type and delete a space in the offending paragraph to redraw it.
