Can we install FrameMaker 2019 without an internet connection?

Hi,

The company I work for is considering upgrading to the 2019 version of FrameMaker. We would like to install it on a secure network with no internet connection.

In the past, it was possible to activate FrameMaker without the internet, but according to the FAQ for FrameMaker 2019 this is no longer possible.

Can someone confirm if that is correct?

If FrameMaker 2019 can't be activated without the internet, what is the most recent version of FrameMaker that can?

Barb's answer is correct. Adobe does have options to install all of their programs on secure/hardened systems. You need to start with customer support, but you may have to insist that it "go up the ladder" if you don't get the answer right away.
