Hello,

I would like to find out if there is any way to view more paragraphs in a file when creating a cross-reference.

In my current situation, for any major paragraph tag, I am having to scroll through dozens of items within the tiny window in FrameMaker's Cross-Reference panel, trying to locate the correct paragraph.

Yes, it would be much more practical to break this enormous file into separate, smaller files. Unfortunately, the requirements of this project do not allow that.

I am using FrameMaker 11.

To get around that, you'll need to upgrade - FM12 allows you to resize the panel to show more.
