Floating (shared) licenses for FM were only ever available for Unix, as far as I know. Curiously, they appear to still be available for FM8 on Solaris. Finding a Solaris workstation to run it on could be a challenge (plus you'd need a Solaris server on which to run the license server, but Solaris servers you can still get, if you'd don't object to dealing with the new owner of the former Sun Microsystems).

Heck, you used to be able to get site licenses for Unix FM.
