I have FrameMaker 2019 running on Windows 7.  I installed FrameMaker successfully.  I want to change some of the Preferences and as soon as I select Preferences, FrameMaker crashes.  Two other writers in my group have exactly the same problem. I have tried re-installing FrameMaker and checked for updates.  Any idea what to try next?

32 or 64 bit version of FM2019? I vaguely recall an issue with Win7 and FM2019, but could be wrong (or it was fixed already)

You could try renaming the user-profile created prefs folder in C:\Users\user_name\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\FrameMaker\version\

but if that still doesn't work, I'd shoot the guys at FM an e-mail - tcssup@adobe.com

You should update to the latest version (15.03.603 at the moment).

This was a bug in the first version.
