Matt Sullivan is an Adobe Certified Instructor and Adobe Certified Expert in ten different Adobe publishing and e-learning applications, including everything in the Technical Communication Suite.

He teaches online and in-person classes as well in addition to helping companies improve their publishing workflow. He developed both the Introduction to FrameMaker and Introduction to RoboHelp courses (both free, and available at https://techcomm.tools/courses) Matt spent years setting up electronic prepress departments for commercial printers. After that, Matt founded GRAFIX Training, Inc., an Adobe Authorized Training Center with multiple locations in southern California. He also managed the training arm of roundpeg, Inc., and has authored multiple editions of his definitive FrameMaker reference book, “FrameMaker - Working with Content” as well as multiple editions of his Structured FrameMaker authoring and template design workbooks. Matt has contributed to the FrameMaker interface (UI and UX), represented Adobe in countless conferences, trained FrameMaker support personnel, presented webinars, and assisted in Adobe pre- and post-sale engagements.
