I'm guessing that you are asking how to convert a Word file to a FrameMaker file? If so, you can open a Word document in FrameMaker via File > Open, or you can open an existing FrameMaker file (or template) and import the Word file via File > Import > File. A third (but not great) option is just to cut the text from Word and paste into FrameMaker.
