How could I save my project as mif 12.0 file in Framemaker 2015?

Or, how could I convert mif 2015 or mif 7.0 to mif 12.0 if there is no possibility to save it in this format.

Just save as MIF 2015. Any FM12 will be able to parse it - it will just ignore the bits that are new to FM2015. [Just don't expect any right-to-left features to migrate backwards]
