I have Adobe Tech Comm Suite 4 that I deactivated and am installing on a new computer running Windows 7 Enterprise. None of the setup processes (setup.exe and PDapp.exe) are running in task manager - I viewed processes from all users. It tells me to download Adobe Support Advisor, which is no longer supported. Now What???

Did you try running the installer as an Admin user?

Thanks! I just right-clicked on the setup file and selected run as admin and it is working now! Thank you very much!!! Previous attempts, I was logged into the CPU as an Admin, but that didn't work - there must be a difference. You have saved me again Jeff!!

Again? I might be getting a complex ;>)

Seriously though – mark the answer up as correct so that the next person who runs across the same issue gets some help too…
