I have a TCS5 subscription and want to upgrade FM to 2015.

I cannot find anywhere which allows me to do this and the ridiculous Akami Manager doesn't even want to install on my machine.

Any help appreciated.

Sorry, no idea exactly how the subscription model works – why not shoot an e-mail to tcs.support@adobe.com?

What browser are you trying to use to download it? How did you get TCS5 installed in the first place?

I've tried downloading the trial on Explorer, Chrome and Maxthon.  Explorer even has the download button greyed out.

I installed it via a trial last time.

Surely there must be an 'update' method?

Adobe rang me up and sorted this for me pretty quickly.

Happy.

You're supposed to go here:

http://www.adobe.com/uk/downloads.html

And choose TCS (it's in View all available free trials at the bottom).

This leads you to here https://www.adobe.com/cfusion/tdrc/index.cfm?product=tcs# but I couldn't download it for one reason or another, so Adobe gave me a direct link.

I just installed as normal, signed in and everything seemed to take care of itself.
