Any clues, or resources, on how to generate conditional output in Framemaker 2015?

I have read the users guide (which is typically Adobe minimalist in content) and watched the brief video on the subject and still can't work it out.

Unfortunately there aren't any worked up examples so I can't even work it out from that.

The problem I have is in configuring the Dynamic filter output when generating published content (Responsive HTML) to use multiple filters.

Whatever I have tried produces weird results with some filters filtering out something the other filter is supposed to do and others doing nothing at all in combination.

Anyone have any tips?
