how to enlarge menu headings

I'm running FM 2015 via Parallels. The font in the menu bar is very small, even though the menu items are fine. Can I enlarge the font?

You probably need to adjust the Properties of the FM shortcut - use the "Disable display scaling on high DPI settings" field in the Compatibility tab.
