How to set custom fill patterns for background in FM ?

Hi everyone,

I am currently working on a marketing flyer for my company.  I am new to FM, I have only been using it for about 2 weeks.  I am looking for a way to set a custom fill pattern that I can apply to the background of my document. Is there a way to do this similar to how you can add custom fill colors ? or any other way that I may be missing ? I'm looking to add a textured background instead of just a plain color. Thanks !

There may be multiple ways. One that works is to create a full page graphic. Import it by reference (not anchored) onto each Master Page. Turn off run-around. Send to Back.

If it's a vector texture, a vector format like EPS is probably ideal. It will appear coarse during FM edit.

If performance or artifacts become a problem, temporarily turn off graphics:
View > Options
[_] Graphics
